Laqueta Williams, Ed.D.

Laqueta Williams is an experienced educational consultant, instructional leader, and literacy specialist with over 18 years of experience supporting schools and districts to improve teaching, learning, and leadership outcomes. Her work is grounded in research-based practices, equity-centered decision-making, and a deep understanding of how systems, instruction, and leadership intersect to impact student success.

She has served as a regional literacy coordinator, assistant principal, curriculum coordinator, instructional coach, and classroom teacher, leading initiatives in the Science of Reading, MTSS, data-driven instruction, and professional learning communities.

Laqueta holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from American InterContinental University, and a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University.

 

Known for her practical, relationship-centered approach, Laqueta partners with educational leaders to turn strategy into meaningful implementation. She specializes in instructional leadership development, literacy systems, beginning educator support, and sustainable school improvement, with a strong commitment to ensuring all students have access to high-quality instruction.
